Our wearable patches and mouth tapes are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 2. Product Use & Safety By purchasing our products, you agree to use them only as directed.

  • Adverse Reactions: If you experience skin irritation, redness, or discomfort, discontinue use immediately.

  • Contraindications: If you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medication (especially for blood sugar or hormonal regulation), or have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your doctor before use.

3. Accuracy of Information While we strive for biological precision, we do not warrant that product descriptions or botanical claims are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Metabolic results vary by individual; SpringSource™ does not guarantee specific weight loss, sleep, or energy outcomes.

4. Shipping & Returns (The Satisfaction Ritual) Due to the personal nature of our wearable patches and mouth tapes, we generally cannot accept returns of opened packages for hygiene reasons. However, if a product is defective, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement.

5. User Conduct & Intellectual Property All "SpringSource" branding, "Lip-Cloud" and "Stealth-Rest" terminology, and custom botanical formulas are the intellectual property of SpringSource™. Users may not reproduce or use our trademarked assets without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpringSource™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
