At SpringSource™, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. The 30-Day Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an exchange or refund. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging.

2. Hygiene & Safety Constraints

Because our patches and mouth tapes are personal-use wellness products, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. * Note: If you have a specific concern regarding a reaction to a patch you have already opened, please contact our Wellness Support team directly so we can find a personalized solution for you.

3. Return Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our warehouse.

  • Shipping charges from the original purchase are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact info@springscomehome.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address for our returns center.

  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack your unopened product and include your RMA number inside the package.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
